Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and sliced thin)
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt


  • In a medium-sized bowl, add all ingredients and toss well to combine.
  • Working in batches to avoid too much overlap, add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer. Bake at 350ºF (177ºC) for six minutes, remove, give them a toss and bake for six to seven minutes longer, until crispy and browned. Enjoy!


Leftovers: These are best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days.
Serving Size: One serving is equal to about ½ to ¾ cup of sliced Brussels sprouts.
