Cream Cheese Bagel with Cucumbers & Tomatoes
Ingredients
- ½ cup Cream Cheese, Regular (plain)
- 227 grams Gluten-Free Bagel (sliced in half)
- ½ Cucumber (chopped)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bagel slices. Serve with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
Dairy-Free: Use vegan cream cheese instead.
More flavor: Toast the bagel before spreading the cream cheese. Add smoked salmon, pickles, fresh dill, capers, or minced red onion.
