  • ½ cup Cream Cheese, Regular (plain)
  • 227 grams Gluten-Free Bagel (sliced in half)
  • ½ Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes


  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bagel slices. Serve with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!


Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
Dairy-Free: Use vegan cream cheese instead.
More flavor: Toast the bagel before spreading the cream cheese. Add smoked salmon, pickles, fresh dill, capers, or minced red onion.
No Bagel: Use bread, crackers, waffles or toasted sweet potato slices instead.
