Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Base: Beat egg whites until foamy and gradually add sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Add the yolks and beat until mixed in.
Pour mixture into buttered dish and bake for 30 – 35 minutes. It will rise in the oven. When you take it out, it will "collapse". Allow to cool completely before adding filling.
Filling: Pour 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of cream and 1 packet of vanilla pudding in a bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Spread this over the base. Do the same with the 2nd packet of pudding, milk and cream. Spread over the 1st layer of filling.
Pour chocolate, butter and water in a bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Whisk until all combined and melted.
Drizzle: Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the top of the pudding. Use a spoon to do this.
Don't mix the filling all at once.
Serve into a bowl and Enjoy!
