Mom’s Fudge Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- Salt (pinch)
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Coffee (strong)
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 180 mls White Sugar
- 50 mls Cacao Powder
- 60 mls Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Sift the flour, salt and white sugar together with 25 ml of cacao powder.
- Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix well together.
- Add mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Mix brown sugar and balance of cacao powder and sprinkle over the dish.
- Poor the coffee gently over the dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream and Enjoy!
