Mom’s Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  • Salt (pinch)
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Coffee (strong)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 180 mls White Sugar
  • 50 mls Cacao Powder
  • 60 mls Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Sift the flour, salt and white sugar together with 25 ml of cacao powder.
  • Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix well together.
  • Add mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Mix brown sugar and balance of cacao powder and sprinkle over the dish.
  • Poor the coffee gently over the dish.
  • Bake for 50 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream and Enjoy!
