Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potato (large, sliced into ¼
inch strips)
- 2 tsps Arrowroot Powder
- 2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 375ºF (191ºC).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato with the arrowroot powder first, ensuring all fries are coated. Then add the olive oil and sea salt and toss to combine.
- Place in the air fryer, ensuring there is adequate space between fries so that none are touching. Bake at 375ºF (191ºC) for 12 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside and repeat with the second batch.
- Once all fries are cooked, you can add them back to the air fryer to heat up for one minute, so all are warm. Enjoy!
